Workplace surfaces of the food sector
We carry out sampling and analysis on the surfaces of the food sector as required by the HACCP self-control system according to regulation (EC) no. 852/2004 to supplement the self-control monitoring plans.
In the context of biological risk, we evaluate and carry out inspections for the preparation of monitoring plans, and then analyze the surfaces potentially contaminated by biological agents according to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 81 of 9 April 2008 “Consolidated Law on the protection of health and safety in the workplace”.
We carry out sampling and analysis for the parameters provided on animal carcasses in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EC) no. 1441/2007.
